Ultra-long steel strand pulling method
The invention provides a super-long steel strand pulling method which comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing a corrugated pipe sleeve, and making a self-made pulling auxiliary tool; secondly, a section of corrugated pipe is cut off at the position, close to the middle, of the installed corrugated pipe; a corrugated pipe sleeve is sleeved on one side; thirdly, in the cut-off area of the corrugated pipe, the steel strand is clamped through a self-made strand penetrating auxiliary tool; 4, manually pulling the strand pulling auxiliary tool from one end of the cut-off area to the other end of the cut-off area so as to realize manual assisted strand pulling; step 5, repeating the steps until all the steel strands are penetrated; 6, rotating the corrugated pipe sleeve until the corrugated pipe sleeve covers all the exposed steel strands; and then the two sides of the corrugated pipe sleeve are sealed by plastic adhesive tapes. According to the method, the mode that the middle of the corrugated pipe is broken is adopted, strand pulling force is manually applied to the steel strand, strand pulling of the long steel strand is smoothly achieved, and then sealing is conducted through a first-size corrugated pipe sleeve; the method is high in efficiency, simple to operate and capable of ensuring quality.
本发明提出了超长钢绞线穿束方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一,准备波纹管套管、自制穿束辅助工具;步骤二,在安装好的波纹管靠近中间的位置,割除一段波纹管;并在一侧套入波纹管套管;步骤三,在波纹管割断区域,用自制的穿束辅助工具卡住钢绞线;步骤四,人工拉动穿束辅助工具,从割断区域一端向另一端拉动,实现人工助力穿束;步骤五,重复上述步骤,直到全部钢绞线穿束完成;步骤六,将波纹管套管旋转,直至波纹管套管覆盖全部裸露的钢绞线;之后用塑料胶带密封住波纹管套管两侧。本方法采取在波纹管中间断开的方式,人工给钢绞线施加穿束力,顺利实现了长钢绞线穿束,然后再用大一号的波纹管套管密封;此方法效率高,操作简单,能保证质量。
