Comprising a fixed cavity and a movable cavity, a first piston rod is arranged on the fixed cavity, a sliding cavity is formed in the fixed cavity, and a first electromagnet is arranged in the sliding cavity; the movable cavity is provided with a second piston rod, the free ends of the first piston rod and the second piston rod which are close to each other are jointly provided with magnets with the same magnetism, any first piston rod or second piston rod far away from one end of the fixed cavity or the movable cavity is connected with a driver, and the movable cavity is provided with arc-shaped sliding plates which are symmetrically distributed; the two sliding plates are the same as the circle center of the sliding cavity, the free end of each sliding plate is provided with a second electromagnet, each second electromagnet is connected into the sliding cavity in a sliding mode, and the second electromagnets and the first electromagnets generate repulsive force after being powered on. According to the technical scheme, the problem that an existing hydraulic creeping formwork device can only complete straight-up and straight-down bridge pier column construction is solved, and construction of a special-shaped bridge pier column structure is achieved.
