The invention discloses a linear control method for sectional incremental launching construction of a main beam, and relates to the technical field of bridge construction, the method comprises the following steps: judging the state of a buttress at the foremost end of an assembly platform after being padded according to a target elevation; if in the compaction state, the relative elevation of the measuring point of the to-be-assembled beam section and the tail end beam bottom of the assembled beam section is determined according to the measuring point position of the to-be-assembled beam section, the measuring point position of the tail end of the assembled beam section, the measuring point position of the tail end of the guide beam and the target assembling line shape; if so, determining the vertical distance from the measuring point of the to-be-assembled beam section to a set horizontal line according to the measuring point position of the to-be-assembled beam section, the positions of two measuring points on the assembled beam section and the tail end measuring point position of the assembled beam section; and the to-be-assembled beam section and the assembled beam section are assembled according to the relative elevation of the measuring point of the to-be-assembled beam section and the beam bottom of the measuring point of the tail end of the assembled beam section or the vertical distance between the measuring point of the to-be-assembled beam section and the set horizontal line. The problem of accurate linear control of beam section assembly in a disengagement state is solved.
本发明公开了一种主梁分段式顶推施工的线形控制方法,涉及桥梁施工技术领域,该方法包括:判断拼装平台最前端支墩按目标标高抄垫后的状态;若处于压实状态,根据待拼装梁段测点位置、已拼装梁段尾端测点位置、导梁尾端测点位置和目标拼装线形,确定待拼装梁段测点与已拼装梁段尾端梁底的相对标高;若处于脱空状态,根据待拼装梁段测点位置、已拼装梁段上两个测点的位置、已拼装梁段尾端测点位置,确定待拼装梁段测点到设定水平线的竖直距离;根据待拼装梁段测点与已拼装梁段尾端测点位置梁底的相对标高或者待拼装梁段测点到设定水平线的竖直距离,将待拼装梁段与已拼装梁段拼装。解决了在脱空状态下,梁段拼装的精确线形控制问题。
