The construction platform has the advantages that the steel pipe supports support the steel box girders, the cross tie beams are adopted between the steel box girders to form the construction platform system, and the problems that large-span curve steel box girders are large in assembly difficulty and insufficient in construction space are solved; a steel pipe pile variable-diameter connecting structure solves the problems that the clearance below a steel box girder is too large, and the rigidity of a single-diameter steel pipe pile erecting support is insufficient. The collar beam cantilever hoisting technology solves the problem that the offset amplitude is too large and is not easy to control in the collar beam hoisting process; and the arch rib mounting bracket is also arranged, so that the problem of difficulty in the curved arch rib splicing process is solved.
