The invention discloses a hanging basket cantilever construction internal mold automation process which comprises the following specific steps: 1) internal mold installation: measuring and calculating the required number of supporting mechanisms according to design regulations, and arranging the supporting mechanisms according to measurement and calculation; firstly, bottom beams are installed; (2) manufacturing a beam frame: firstly manufacturing a bracket I and a bracket II according to design requirements, secondly, aiming at the angles of the bevel edges on the two sides of the beam frame, rotating a bidirectional lead screw to drive an inclined rod I to rotate so as to realize ascending or descending of the inclined rod I, and further finishing adjustment of the angles of the bevel edges at the two ends; (3) the hoisting mechanism is installed on the beam frame, and then the beam frame is installed on the bottom support and fixed; the method comprises the steps of (1) assembling a beam frame, (2) assembling the beam frame, (3) assembling the beam frame, (4) gradually hoisting the cross arm through a hoisting mechanism, (5) sequentially installing square timber and an inner formwork at the two ends of the cross arm, (6) disassembling the inner formwork, (7) recycling the beam frame and (8) recycling the supporting mechanism.
