The invention provides a reinforcing construction method for a hinged part of an arch bridge, and relates to the technical field of bridge repair. The method comprises the following steps that a water stop material is injected into a construction joint of a hinged part of existing arch ring concrete; water spots and loose parts on the existing arch ring concrete are removed, and the surface of the arch ring concrete is ground to be rough; a rubber waterstop is pasted on the bottom face of the existing arch ring concrete; reinforcing steel bars are bound, a formwork is installed, and a section-increasing high-strength grouting material is poured at the bottom of the existing arch ring concrete; after the newly-poured section-enlarged high-strength grouting material reaches the design strength, a filling groove is formed in a construction joint of the hinged part of the section-enlarged high-strength grouting material; a water stop material is injected into the upper portion of the filling groove, and a consolidation material is injected into the lower portion of the filling groove, the method can effectively reinforce the hinge portion of the existing arch ring concrete, the hinge portion can still keep the hinge capacity, in addition, the waterproof capacity of the hinge portion can be improved, and a certain degree of waterproof reserve is reserved.
