A supporting frame is arranged on the steel cross beam, a jack is arranged at the top of the supporting frame and acts on the bottom of the main beam, and the main beam pre-presses the steel cross beam through jacking of the jack; bearing platform steel bars and formworks are arranged on the periphery of the steel cross beam, the overhanging steel bars are connected with the bearing platform steel bars, and steel bars are planted on a pier body on an original pile foundation and connected with the bearing platform steel bars; a bearing platform is poured, cured and formed, the bearing platform covers part of the pier body, and the jack is compensated to maintain the original jacking force in the pouring process; and the bearing platform is disassembled, the jack is unloaded, and the supporting frame is disassembled. The steel cross beam and the bearing platform are stressed together, temporary reinforcement and permanent reinforcement of the bridge are implemented at the same time, the safety of the bridge structure in the whole process is ensured, settlement or deformation of a bridge pile foundation is effectively controlled, and the quality problem of the bridge is avoided.
