The deicing type guardrail cleaning vehicle comprises a vehicle head, a tank body and a whole vehicle chassis, the vehicle head and the tank body are arranged on the whole vehicle chassis, a steam generating device, a lifting device, a cleaning device, a deicing and drying device and a spraying device are arranged between the vehicle head and the tank body, and the top of the lifting device is connected with the cleaning device through a cross beam arm frame device. The cleaning device is fixedly connected with the deicing and drying device, one end of the steam generating device is communicated with the tank body, the other end of the steam generating device is communicated with the deicing and drying device, one end of the spraying device is communicated with the tank body, and the other end of the spraying device is communicated with the cleaning device. Through mutual cooperation of the lifting device, the cross beam arm frame device, the cleaning device and the deicing and drying device, the guardrail device is deiced, cleaned and dried, cleaning water spots are prevented from freezing again, the guardrail cleaning efficiency is improved, after work is completed, the cleaning device and the deicing and drying device can be embedded into the vehicle body, and space is saved.
