The invention provides an environment-friendly drain opening which is characterized by comprising an anti-seepage piece, an outer curved surface filter screen, a steel wire filter screen, a collecting wing box, a flip bucket, a main box body, a desilting energy dissipation pool, a mud pump, an inverted filter screen, a drain gate, a flashboard, a steel plate bridge, a drain pipe and a cofferdam. A sluice gate is arranged in the other side of the main box body, one side of the sluice gate is connected with a flashboard, the other side of the sluice gate is connected with a drain pipe, the drain pipe is connected with a cofferdam, and a steel plate bridge is connected between the cofferdam and the main box body; due to the arrangement of multiple layers of filter screen interception and a flip bucket, silt and the like are left in a hydraulic reclamation area as far as possible and are not discharged into the sea along with water flow, the environment is protected while economic losses are reduced, garbage is intercepted by the curved-surface filter screen along with the water flow, and the garbage is difficult to attach in front of the screen due to the curved-surface shape; the fillets on the two sides of the filter screen enable the garbage to be brought into the collecting wing boxes on the two sides to be collected under the action of water flow.
