The invention provides an oil containment boom capable of being folded, compressed and stored. The oil containment boom comprises an oil containment boom body and a storage mechanism. Wherein the oil containment boom body comprises a plurality of oil containment boom modules which are spliced in sequence, each oil containment boom module comprises an upper floating body, a skirt body and a supporting frame, each supporting frame is attached to the surface of the corresponding skirt body, one end of each supporting frame is rotationally connected to the bottom of the corresponding upper floating body, and a first connecting part and a second connecting part which extend along the side edges are arranged on the side edges of the two ends of each skirt body; the first connecting part is of an inflatable expansion structure; every two adjacent oil containment boom modules are connected in an inserted and matched mode through the inflated first connecting parts and the inflated second connecting parts. The storage mechanism comprises a floating body, a recovery device arranged in the floating body and a pull rope with one end connected to the recovery device, and the other end of the pull rope penetrates out of the floating body from the interior of the floating body and then sequentially penetrates through the upper floating bodies of the multiple oil containment boom modules. The other end of the pull rope is provided with a fourth connecting part used for being connected with a third connecting part on the outer wall of the floating body.
