The invention discloses an assembled precast pile device capable of eliminating negative friction resistance, a main body device of the assembled precast pile device comprises a precast pile foundation main body, an annular pile and an annular pile feeder, and the annular pile and the annular pile feeder are arranged on the outer wall of the precast pile foundation main body in a surrounding and sleeving mode. The influence of negative friction force on the position below the neutral point of the pile body is small, direct contact between the soil layer and the pile body is blocked through the annular pile, the gap between the pile body and the soil layer is filled with gravel particles or high-elasticity-modulus solid waste particles at the position above the neutral point, and direct contact between the soil layer and the pile body is also blocked; the adverse effect of negative friction force on the pile is eliminated; meanwhile, the pile foundation is arranged by adopting the construction process of combining the precast pile and the cast-in-place pile, the project construction period is shortened, and the pulling working condition can be effectively resisted through the bayonet design at the joint of the precast pile and the annular pile; and the pile feeding device can be recycled, so that the environment-friendly concept is met.
本发明公开一种可以消除负摩阻力的拼装式预制桩装置,其主体装置包括预制桩桩基主体、环绕套设在预制桩桩基主体外壁的环形桩和环形送桩器,通过设计了一种可以消除负摩阻力的预制桩装置进行施工,针对负摩擦力的特性,在桩身中性点以下的位置受负摩擦力的影响较小,使用环形桩阻隔了土层与桩身的直接接触,对于中性点以上的位置使用砂石子或高弹性模量固体废弃物颗粒对桩身与土层之间的间隙进行填充,同样隔断了土层与桩身的直接接触,消除了负摩擦力对桩的不利影响;同时采用预制桩与灌注桩相结合的施工工艺完成对桩基的布置,缩短了工程工期,预制桩和环桩连接处的卡口设计也可以有效应对抗拔工况;且送桩装置可以循环使用,符合环保理念。
