The invention discloses a cast-in-place pile and a construction method thereof.The construction method of the cast-in-place pile comprises the following steps that firstly, a rigid pile casing is sunk to the preset depth so that a pile hole with the top open can be formed in the rigid pile casing, the bottom end and the top end of the rigid pile casing are open, and the preset depth is larger than or equal to the preset height of the cast-in-place pile; 2, a flexible anti-corrosion protection cylinder is put into the pile hole, the anti-corrosion protection cylinder is attached to the hole wall of the pile hole, the bottom end of the anti-corrosion protection cylinder is blocked, and the top end of the anti-corrosion protection cylinder is open; 3, a reinforcement cage is put into the anti-corrosion pile casing; 4, concrete is poured into the anti-corrosion pile casing to form a pile; 5, the anti-corrosion protection cylinder is separated from the hole wall of the pile hole; and 6, the rigid pile casing is pulled out. The cast-in-place pile has the advantages of being long in service life and the like.
