The invention provides a segmented reinforcement cage, a unit structure and assembly thereof and a construction method of an enclosure structure, the unit structure comprises a positioning ring, vertical reinforcements and annular stirrups, the positioning ring is provided with reinforcement penetrating holes, the reinforcement penetrating holes penetrate through the two end faces of the positioning ring, the number of the reinforcement penetrating holes is multiple, and the reinforcement penetrating holes are distributed in the circumferential direction of the positioning ring at intervals; the vertical steel bars penetrate through the bar penetrating holes, the two ends of each vertical steel bar extend out of the two end faces of the positioning ring respectively, the multiple vertical steel bars penetrate through the bar penetrating holes in a one-to-one mode, and at least one end of each vertical steel bar is used for being connected with the end of one vertical steel bar of another unit structure. The reinforcing steel bars with longer vertical length are formed by splicing; the annular stirrups surround the multiple vertical steel bars and comprise the first annular stirrup located above the positioning ring and the second annular stirrup located below the positioning ring. The unit structure can be used for manufacturing the reinforcement cage with the length larger than that of the low clearance under the low clearance condition.
本发明提供一种分段式钢筋笼及其单元结构和组件及围护结构的施工方法,单元结构包括定位环、竖向钢筋和环形箍筋,定位环具有穿筋孔,穿筋孔贯穿定位环的两个端面,穿筋孔的数目为多个,多个穿筋孔沿定位环的周向间隔排布;竖向钢筋穿设于穿筋孔上,竖向钢筋的两个端部分别延伸至定位环的两个端面之外,竖向钢筋的数目为多个,多个竖向钢筋与多个穿筋孔一对一穿设,每个竖向钢筋的至少一个端部用于与另一个单元结构的一个竖向钢筋的端部连接,以拼接形成竖向长度更长的钢筋;环形箍筋环绕于多个竖向钢筋上,包括位于定位环的上方的第一环形箍筋和位于定位环的下方的第二环形箍筋。该单元结构能在低净空条件下制作长度大于低净空的钢筋笼。
