The invention discloses a bidirectional wall brushing device for a secant pile connector and a manufacturing and using method of the bidirectional wall brushing device. The bidirectional wall brushing device comprises a top cover, an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder, a reinforcing plate, a steel brush assembly, a vertical through hole, a rope penetrating hole, a sleeve, bearing angle steel, a weight, a bolt and nut locking assembly, a sizing block, a limiting steel plate, a socket and spigot joint and an exhaust hole. The inner cylinder and the outer cylinder are welded with the top cover through the reinforcing plate, the limiting steel plate and the top cover to form a framework, the steel wire rope penetrates into the sleeve through the rope penetrating hole to fix the root, the root of the steel wire rope is further fixed through a clamping device composed of the bearing angle steel, the bolt and nut locking assembly, the weight and the sizing block, and the other end of the steel wire rope is scattered to form an elastic brush head. The whole wall brushing device is connected with the drill rod through the socket, and the drill rod moves up and down to conduct wall brushing operation. The overall structure is more fit with the outline of the pile body, and the wall brushing range is more accurate; the two-way wall brushing structure with the wall brushing steel brushes on the two sides is adopted, and the wall brushing efficiency is improved; and the steel brush is provided with allowance and an adjustable point, so that the service life of the brush head is prolonged.
