Pre-righting hole-forming construction method for extremely-hard inclined rock large-diameter pile
The invention discloses a pre-righting hole-forming construction method for a super-hard inclined rock large-diameter pile. The pre-righting hole-forming construction method comprises the following steps that (1) a center pillar is specially surveyed; (2) a wall protection pile hole is drilled in the outer edge of the center pillar drill hole on the opposite side of the bedrock to the depth of the bedrock in a jumping mode; then a thick-wall steel pipe is put down in the wall protection pile hole; (3) retaining pile occlusion holes are drilled in the jumping intervals, and the thick-wall steel pipes are lowered after drilling is completed; (4) connecting rings are hung between the hooks of the adjacent thick-wall steel pipes; (5) filling a soilbag into a gap between the thick-wall steel pipe and the retaining wall pile hole, filling silty-fine sand, and vibrating and compacting; (6) drilling the center pillar and following the pile casing; (7) middle stand column construction; and (8) recycling the auxiliary equipment on the outer side of the drilling hole of the middle stand column. The method has the advantages that 1, the thick-wall steel pipe is used as a supporting material, so that the construction is fast, and the perpendicularity is ensured; the sand pumping technology is adopted to dismantle auxiliary devices, and dismantling is convenient and fast; and 3, the safety risk caused by mutual locking and hooking of underground components is effectively avoided.
