The invention provides an underwater bearing platform steel cofferdam and a construction method. The construction method comprises the steps that an assembly type telescopic bracket support is arranged; a steel sheet pile cofferdam'reverse construction method 'construction technology is adopted; arranging a steel casing positioning device; a steel casing guide hole synchronous backfilling technology is adopted; the steel sheet piles are connected with the water stop system in a lock catch mode. A steel sheet pile rapid leakage stopping system is arranged; and a hopper positioning device is arranged. The construction method comprises the main construction steps of (1) construction preparation, (2) assembly type telescopic bracket support installation, (3) enclosing purlin assembly and lowering, (4) steel casing positioning device installation, (5) steel sheet pile guide hole construction, (6) steel sheet pile inserting and driving, (7) cofferdam desilting to the bottom elevation of bottom sealing concrete, (8) hopper positioning device installation, (9) bottom sealing concrete pouring, (10) water pumping and bearing platform construction, and (11) steel sheet pile cofferdam dismantling. The foundation pit is large in application depth, good in leakage stopping effect and high in construction speed, and good technical and economic benefits can be obtained when the method is applied to actual engineering.
本发明提供一种水中承台钢围堰及施工方法,包括设置组拼式伸缩牛腿支架;采用钢板桩围堰“逆作法”施工技术;设置钢护筒定位装置;采用钢护筒引孔同步回填技术;钢板桩采用锁扣式连接止水体系;设置钢板桩快速止漏体系;设置料斗定位装置。其主要施工步骤包括:(1)施工准备,(2)组拼式伸缩牛腿支架安装,(3)围檩组拼及下放,(4)钢护筒定位装置安装,(5)钢板桩引孔施工,(6)钢板桩插打,(7)围堰清淤至封底混凝土底标高,(8)料斗定位装置安装,(9)封底混凝土浇筑,(10)抽水及承台施工,(11)钢板桩围堰拆除。本发明基坑适用深度大、止漏效果好、施工速度快,应用于实际工程中可取得较好的技术经济效益。
