The invention provides a complex geology steel sheet pile cofferdam construction method which comprises the following steps: surveying and setting out; steel sheet piles are inserted and driven through the steel casings until a cofferdam structure is formed by surrounding and folding; mucky soil in a sludge area in the cofferdam structure is removed, and underwater bottom sealing pouring is conducted on the sludge area for the first time; after the first-time bottom sealing pouring reaches the design strength, layer-by-layer water pumping operation is conducted, and meanwhile a plurality of steel enclosing purlins and inner supports are installed layer by layer from top to bottom; after all the inner supports are installed, ground straining beams are excavated and poured in a segmented mode on the hard soil area in the cofferdam structure, remaining hard soil is excavated, secondary dry operation bottom sealing pouring is conducted on the hard soil area, and the construction procedure of bottom sealing with half underwater and bottom sealing with the other half water is adopted for the situation that the desilting efficiency of the heavy clay and mucky soil alternating area is low. The desilting time is greatly shortened, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明提供的一种复杂地质钢板桩围堰施工方法,包括以下步骤,测量放样;依托钢护筒插打钢板桩直至围绕合拢形成围堰结构;清除围堰结构内淤泥区的淤泥质土,对淤泥区进行第一次水下封底浇筑;待第一次封底浇筑达到设计强度后逐层抽水作业并同时由上至下逐层安装多道钢围檩及内支撑;待所有内支撑安装完成后,对围堰结构内硬质土区分段开挖地系梁并浇筑,开挖剩余硬质土并对硬质土区进行第二次干作业封底浇筑,针对重黏土、淤泥质土交替地区清淤效率低下的情况,采用一半水下封底,另一半抽水后封底的施工工序,大大缩短了清淤时间,提高了施工工效。
