The invention discloses a structure and method for preventing differential settlement of an underground pipe gallery deformation joint, and the structure comprises a pipe gallery main body structure, a waterproof layer wrapping the pipe gallery main body structure, and a sleeper beam arranged at the pipe gallery deformation joint below the pipe gallery main body structure. The longitudinal center line of the sleeper beam coincides with the center line of the deformation joint on the pipe gallery main body structure; column holes are formed in the positions, on the two sides of the center line of the sleeper beam, of the bottom face of the sleeper beam, short columns are arranged in the column holes, a grouting space exists between the upper ends of the short columns and the sleeper beam, a grouting pipe communicated with the grouting space is arranged on the sleeper beam, and the other end of the grouting pipe extends upwards to the position above a bottom plate of the pipe gallery body structure. The short columns and the grouting pipes are reserved on the sleeper beams, if differential settlement of the pipe gallery occurs due to various reasons in the later period, grouting can be conducted in the column holes through the grouting pipes, the pipe gallery is lifted through cooperation of the short columns and the sleeper beams, and therefore the settlement difference of the underground pipe gallery at the deformation joint is adjusted.
本发明公开了一种防止地下管廊变形缝不均匀沉降的结构及方法,结构包括管廊主体结构、外包在管廊主体结构上的防水层和设置在管廊主体结构下方于管廊变形缝处的枕梁,所述枕梁的纵向中心线与管廊主体结构上变形缝的中心线重合;所述枕梁中心线两侧于其底面均开设有柱孔,所述柱孔内设有短柱,所述短柱上端与枕梁之间存在有注浆空间,所述枕梁上设有与注浆空间连通的注浆管,所述注浆管另一端向上延伸至管廊主体结构的底板上方。本申请通过在枕梁上预留短柱和注浆管,如果后期管廊因为种种原因发生不均匀沉降,可以通过注浆管向柱孔内注浆,通过短柱和枕梁的配合对管廊进行提升,从而调整地下管廊在变形缝处的沉降差。
