The invention provides a treatment method for roof collapse of an entrance section of a shallow-buried tunnel, and relates to the technical field of shallow-buried excavation of tunnels, which comprises the following steps: S1, excavating a tunnel roof collapse soil body to the intersection of an original excavation contour line of the tunnel and a rock boundary, making an open arch inner mold, arranging an arch toe B which is perpendicular to an arch ring and extends outwards at the end A of the open arch, and forming a hollow arch inner mold; a guide pipe is reserved on the arch frame of the arch toe B; s2, steel bar meshes are welded to the inner side and the outer side of the arch frame, locking anchor pipes are downwards arranged at the end C of the exposed arch in the tangential direction of the arch frame, and grouting is conducted; s3, a steel pipe column with the depth exceeding the tunnel inverted arch primary support is driven through the guide pipe, a reinforcement cage is arranged in the steel pipe column, and the pipe wall is punched and grouted; s4, the first step to the third step are repeated, the first section of exposed arch is connected to construct the next section of exposed arch till construction of the exposed arch in the roof collapse area is completed; and S5, the tunnel is excavated mechanically, and a tunnel primary support is constructed after deslagging. The problem that a processing method in the prior art is not convenient, fast, safe and reliable enough is solved.
本发明提供了一种浅埋隧道进洞口段冒顶塌方处治方法,涉及隧道浅埋开挖技术领域,包括:S1,开挖隧道洞顶塌方土体至隧道原开挖轮廓线与岩石分界线相交处,做明拱内模,明拱的端部A设置垂直于拱圈向外侧伸出拱趾B,拱趾B的拱架上预留导向管;S2,拱架内外侧焊接钢筋网片,在明拱的端部C处沿其拱架切线方向向下打设锁脚锚管,并注浆;S3,通过导向管打设深度超过隧道仰拱初支的钢管柱,钢管柱内设钢筋笼,管壁打孔且注浆;S4,重复步骤一至三,连接于第一段明拱施作下一段明拱,直至完成冒顶塌方区域内明拱的施工;S5,采用机械开挖隧道,出渣后施作隧道初期支护。其解决了现有技术中的处理方法不够方便快捷和安全可靠的问题。
