The invention relates to a basement roof deformation joint leakage repairing structure and a repairing method thereof, and relates to the field of sealing technologies for joints, the basement roof deformation joint leakage repairing structure comprises a sealing plate arranged at the top end of a deformation joint and a leaking stoppage layer formed by filling the lower side of the sealing plate with leaking stoppage cement, and a grouting pipe is arranged in the leaking stoppage layer in the length direction of the deformation joint; and the grouting pipe is connected with a grouting nozzle. According to the construction method, the sealing plate is laid from the interior of the basement to the top of the deformation joint, covering soil can be prevented from falling off from the deformation joint in the construction process, then the grouting pipe is fixed to the lower side of the sealing plate through the leaking stoppage cement to form the leaking stoppage layer, the leaking stoppage layer can conduct preliminary leaking stoppage on the deformation joint, and finally grout is injected into the grouting pipe through the grouting nozzle; and gaps of the leaking stoppage layer are filled with slurry, and the leaking stoppage effect is improved.
