The invention relates to a post-grouting pile foundation visualization test device based on transparent soil, and belongs to the technical field of cast-in-situ bored pile post-grouting engineering. Comprising a model mechanism, a grouting mechanism, a loading mechanism, an image acquisition mechanism, a test pile and transparent soil, the model mechanism is filled with the transparent soil, the test pile is vertically inserted into the middle of the transparent soil, the top end of the test pile is exposed out of the transparent soil and is connected with the loading mechanism, and the loading mechanism is further detachably connected with the top end of the model mechanism. The grouting mechanism and the image acquisition mechanism are both arranged outside the model mechanism, and the grouting mechanism is connected with the top end, exposed out of the transparent soil part, of the test pile. According to the invention, the diffusion condition of grouting slurry, the returning height and thickness of the slurry along the pile body and the form of the final grouting body can be observed in real time; the influence of the grouting parameters on the grouting effect is researched; testing the bearing performance of the test pile; and the weakening effect of pile foundation post-grouting on the mud cake around the pile is researched.
