Excavator and control system for preventing interference of dozer blade of excavator
The invention relates to excavator control and provides an excavator and an anti-interference control system for a dozer blade of the excavator in order to solve the problem that the dozer blade in an existing excavator possibly interferes with the rear portion of an upper vehicle body. A controller in the control system presumes whether a dozer blade and the rear portion of an upper vehicle body enter an area where the dozer blade and the rear portion of the upper vehicle body can interfere with each other or not according to relevant angle detection values; the controller stops outputting a control signal for lifting the bulldozing blade upwards when the bulldozing blade enters the interference area again after the rear part of the upper vehicle body enters the interference area, and stops outputting a control signal for rotating the rear part of the upper vehicle body forwards when the rear part of the upper vehicle body enters the interference area again after the bulldozing blade enters the interference area. According to the invention, after any one of the bulldozing blade and the upper vehicle body enters the interference area which can interfere with the other one, the other one can be braked to stop the action so as to avoid interference and collision between the bulldozing blade and the upper vehicle body when the other one enters the interference area which can interfere with the other one.
本发明涉及挖掘机控制,为解决现有挖掘机中推土铲与上部车身后部可能发生干涉问题,本发明构造一种挖掘机及其推土铲防干涉的控制系统,其中控制系统中控制器依据相关角度检测值推定推土铲和上部车身后部是否进入到会与对方发生干涉的区域;控制器在上部车身后部进入干涉区域后推土铲再进入干涉区域时停止输出使推土铲向上抬升的控制信号,在推土铲进入干涉区域后上部车身后部再进入干涉区域时停止输出使上部车身后部向前方回转的控制信号。在本发明中当推土铲和上部车身中的任一方进入会与对方发生干涉的干涉区域后能够在另一方进入到会与对方发生干涉的干涉区域时制动停止其动作而避免两者发生干涉碰撞。
