The invention provides a closestool flushing structure and a closestool using the same. The closestool flushing structure comprises a first water tank, a second water tank, a drain valve, a first water inlet valve, a second water inlet valve, a third water inlet valve, a linkage assembly and a water suction pipe. The second water tank is communicated with the first water tank through a drainage port and a drainage valve. The first water inlet valve, the second water inlet valve and the third water inlet valve are installed in the second water tank. And the linkage assembly is connected with and simultaneously controls the drainage valve to drain water and the first water inlet valve to feed water. The water suction pipe is provided with a pipe diameter contraction part and a pipe diameter expansion part, and a water suction hole is formed between the pipe diameter contraction part and the pipe diameter expansion part. The drainage speed of the second water stop cup is higher than that of the third water stop cup. By arranging the linkage assembly, the drainage valve and the first water inlet valve can be started at the same time, by arranging the three sets of water inlet pieces and water suction pipes, all the water outlets can discharge water independently, and therefore the water outlet sequence is controllable.
