The invention provides a sewer seepage and drainage structure which comprises a direct drainage part, a seepage and drainage part, a water storage chamber, a filling pipeline, a controller and a drainage pipe, and the direct drainage part is communicated with the ground through a hole in a well lid; the seepage and drainage part is arranged close to the straight drainage part, one end of the seepage and drainage part is communicated with the straight drainage part, the other end of the seepage and drainage part is communicated with the water storage chamber, and the bottom of the seepage and drainage part is further communicated with a sewer; a plurality of evaporation holes are formed in the top of the water storage chamber, a cleaning box and a drainage door which are controlled by the controller are arranged at the bottom of the water storage chamber, the cleaning box is communicated with the ground through the filling pipeline, and the drainage door is communicated with a sewer; the direct drainage part and the seepage drainage part are both communicated with the drainage pipe, and when the water storage chamber is full or rainfall is too much, the drainage pipe can drain water in the direct drainage part and the seepage drainage part into a sewer. According to the method, the utilization rate of rainfall resources can be increased, and accidents such as urban inland inundation are reduced.
