The invention discloses a construction method for connecting a new pipeline and an old pipeline, which belongs to the technical field of sewage pipeline installation and comprises the following steps: detecting through geophysical prospecting before connection, and determining the material and the trend of the old pipeline; according to materials and pipe diameters of new and old pipelines, new pipelines and accessories are machined in a machining factory in advance; establishing a plane reference control network; the upstream pump station is coordinated to increase drainage in advance; carrying out open excavation sloping construction on the connection working pit before connection; closing a valve in front of the flowmeter well and water outlet flashboards at all positions of the biochemical pool; and after production is stopped, a section of existing pipeline needing to be dismantled is cut off firstly, after the existing pipeline is dismantled, a customized tee joint is installed, the existing pipeline is communicated with the newly-built steel pipe through the tee joint, and connection is completed. The BIM technology is used for designing pipeline fittings, the pipelines and the fittings are machined in a machining factory in advance, the connection time of new and old pipelines can be shortened, an inspection well does not need to be arranged, the method can adapt to the construction environment with the small site space, and the expenditure cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种新旧管道接驳的施工方法,属于污水管道安装技术领域,包括如下步骤:接驳前通过物探进行探测,明确旧管线的材质及走向;根据新旧管道材质及管径大小,提前在加工厂加工新管道及配件;建立平面基准控制网;协调上游泵站提前加大排水;接驳前接驳工作坑明挖放坡施工;关闭流量计井前的阀门及生化池各处的出水闸板;停产后,先切断需拆除的一节既有管道,既有管道拆除后,安装定制的三通,所述三通将既有管道与新建钢管连通,完成接驳。本发明运用BIM技术进行管道配件设计,提前在加工厂加工管道及配件,可缩短新旧管道接驳的时间,且无需设置检查井,可适应场地空间较小的施工环境,减少支出成本。
