The MnOx-CeO2 thermal catalysis coating is driven by heat of the composite carbon series electric heating coating to purify indoor pollutants, heating and air purification are achieved at the same time, and a method is provided for removing the pollutants due to the fact that indoor ventilation cannot be conducted for a long time in winter.
