The invention discloses an active enhanced fireproof glass partition structure, which comprises a frame body used for being fixed with a floor or a wallboard and provided with a clamping groove; the glass main body is mounted in the clamping groove and is used for being matched with the frame body to form a partition; the filling mechanism is communicated with a specified storage unit of the non-combustible/flame-retardant fluid and is used for controlling the movement of the non-combustible/flame-retardant fluid; the filling control module is used for sensing a fire behavior and controlling a filling mechanism to act according to the fire behavior; the glass main body comprises a plurality of layers of glass single sheets which are separated from one another, and a separation cavity is formed between every two adjacent glass single sheets; a feeding opening is formed in the frame body, the feeding opening communicates with the clamping groove, and the clamping groove communicates with the separation cavity; and the filling mechanism is used for discharging materials to the feeding hole. The application has the effect of reducing the use cost of the glass partition.
