Aerated concrete floor based on UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an aerated concrete floor based on UHPC and a construction method thereof.The construction method comprises the steps that a heat preservation material serves as a formwork, truss steel bars are bound in the formwork in an inverted mode, the upper ends of the truss steel bars stretch into the formwork, and the lower ends of the truss steel bars are exposed out of the formwork; a fiber modified autoclaved aerated concrete material is poured on the side, provided with the truss steel bars, of the template, aeration and cutting are conducted, and an aerated concrete blank with the truss steel bars is formed; the aerated concrete green body is heated and pressurized, so that the aerated concrete green body generates strength, and the template is melted to expose the upper end of the truss steel bar; the truss steel bars are connected to the UHPC bottom layer lining plate through buckle connecting pieces; and post-pouring common concrete on the fiber modified autoclaved aerated concrete layer with the UHPC bottom lining plate to form the aerated concrete floor. According to the invention, a material with a lower melting point is used as the template, so that the problem that the cutting of the aerated concrete material is influenced due to the fact that the truss steel bar is arranged in the autoclaved aerated concrete layer can be effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种基于UHPC的加气混凝土楼板及其施工方法,所述施工方法包括:以保温材料作为模板,将桁架钢筋倒置绑扎在模板中,使桁架钢筋的上端伸入到模板内,下端暴露在模板外;在模版上具有桁架钢筋的一侧浇筑纤维改性蒸压加气混凝土材料并进行发气和切割,形成带有桁架钢筋的加气混凝土坯体;对加气混凝土坯体进行加温加压,使得加气混凝土坯体产生强度并使模版融化以露出桁架钢筋的上端;使用卡扣连接件将桁架钢筋连接至UHPC底层衬板;在带有UHPC底层衬板的纤维改性蒸压加气混凝土层上后浇普通混凝土,形成加气混凝土楼板。本发明采用熔点较低的材料充当模板,可有效解决桁架钢筋置于蒸压加气混凝土层中影响加气混凝土材料切割的问题。
