The invention discloses a splicing type combined stair structure which comprises a stair beam and a pedal installed on the stair beam, the first end of the pedal is movably connected with the stair beam through a connecting piece so that the pedal can rotate around the connecting piece, the pedal is provided with a first fixing position and a second fixing position, and the first fixing position and the second fixing position are different in height on the stair beam. The first fixing positions are higher than the second fixing positions, the pedals are used for being matched with the first fixing positions to enable the adjacent pedals to form steps, and the pedals are used for being matched with the second fixing positions to enable the adjacent pedals to form a continuous surface. The stair structure can be switched between the steps and the continuous plane, carrying of objects during construction is facilitated, and after construction is completed, the stair structure can be switched into a common stair conforming to the using habits of people.
