The invention discloses a fast-assembly type large-span overhanging steel structure stair design structure which comprises a steel structure base layer, a step panel and a step vertical plate, the steel structure base layer comprises two parallel main beams, a plurality of parallel step plates are arranged between the two main beams, one end of each step plate is provided with a supporting beam, and the other end of each step plate is provided with a supporting beam; first hanging strips are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the step plate, first sliding grooves corresponding to the first hanging strips in position are formed in the side face of the step panel, second hanging strips are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the step plate, the step vertical plate is slidably connected to the second hanging strips through the second sliding grooves, and the bottom of the step vertical plate is inserted into the supporting beam. The tops of the stepping vertical plates make contact with the stepping panels, and the bottoms of the stepping vertical plates make contact with the stepping panels on the lower side stepping plates. Compared with the prior art, detachable installation of the step veneer on the steel structure stair is rapidly achieved, the stair installation efficiency is improved, and meanwhile later maintenance and cleaning are facilitated.
本发明公开了一种快装式大跨度悬挑钢结构楼梯设计结构,包括:钢结构基层、踏步面板和踏步立板,钢结构基层包括两条平行布置的主梁,两条主梁间设置有若干个平行布置的踏步板,踏步板一端设置有支撑梁,踏步板两侧设置有对称布置的第一挂接条,踏步面板的侧面设置有位置对应第一挂接条的第一滑槽,踏步板两侧还设置有对称布置的第二挂接条,踏步立板通过第二滑槽滑动连接在第二挂接条上,踏步立板底部插入支撑梁内,踏步立板顶部接触踏步面板,踏步立板底部接触下侧踏步板上的踏步面板。本发明相较于现有技术,快速实现钢结构楼梯上踏步饰面板的可拆卸安装,提高楼梯安装效率,同时便于后期维护和清洁。
