The invention discloses an interior wall heat preservation and decoration wall heating integrated plate and a manufacturing method thereof.The interior wall heat preservation and decoration wall heating integrated plate comprises a decoration layer, a base plate heat transfer layer, a heating layer, a heat preservation and insulation layer and a reflecting layer which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside, the base plate heat transfer layer is a flame-retardant PVC stone plastic plate, and the heating layer is a graphite sheet attached with a heating circuit; the heat preservation and insulation layer is made of polyurethane materials through a foaming technology, the reflecting layer is a plate made of heat reflecting materials, and the height of the heating layer is smaller than that of the decorative layer. Through the first connecting part and the second connecting part, adaptive splicing can be performed according to the size of a room of a user, and the application range is wide; by arranging the reflecting layer made of the heat reflecting material, far infrared rays generated by the heating layer are reflected, and heat transfer quantity is dissipated indoors in a single direction; the temperature interval of 38-40 DEG C is set through a simulation design method, the temperature requirement of a user is met, damage and aging of the integrated board caused by high temperature are reduced, and the service life of the integrated board is prolonged.
