The invention discloses a house construction project construction method which comprises the following steps that firstly, limiting baffles are fixed to the outer wall of a column formwork, and the limiting baffles are distributed at equal intervals; secondly, concrete is continuously poured into the column formwork in a segmented and layered mode; thirdly, a layer of concrete which is just poured is vibrated through a formwork outer wall vibration device, and a limiting baffle in the first step is used for limiting the bottom of the formwork outer wall vibration device; and fourthly, the second step and the third step are repeated till all the concrete in the column formwork is poured and vibrated. Compared with a traditional house building center pillar concrete pouring construction method, the method has the advantages that the concrete vibrating efficiency is greatly improved, the construction difficulty is reduced, and the construction safety is improved. In order to be matched with the house construction project construction method, the invention further discloses a device for house construction project construction.
