Mortar pumping device
The invention relates to the field of mortar operation, and discloses a mortar pumping device which comprises a stock bin, a feeding shaft, a driving part, a screw pump, a material level detection assembly and a first controller. The feeding shaft is arranged in the stock bin and can rotate under driving of the driving part so as to convey mortar in the stock bin out of a discharging port of the stock bin; the screw pump is arranged on the outer side of the stock bin, the feeding end of the screw pump is connected with a discharging port of the stock bin, the material level detection assembly is arranged in the stock bin, and the first controller is in communication connection with the material level detection assembly and the driving part and is configured to send a shutdown control signal to the driving part when it is determined that the material level of mortar in the stock bin is lower than a preset low material level threshold value; therefore, the driving part is controlled to stop. The mortar pumping device is high in automation degree, manual guarding, judgment and operation are not needed in the whole detection and control process, waste of personnel resources is effectively avoided, and the safety coefficient of use of the mortar pumping device is improved.
本发明涉及砂浆作业领域,公开了一种砂浆泵送装置,包括料仓、送料轴、驱动件、螺杆泵、料位检测组件以及第一控制器,送料轴设置于料仓内部,并能够在驱动件的驱动下旋转,以将料仓内部的砂浆输送出料仓的出料口,螺杆泵设置于料仓的外侧且进料端与料仓的出料口连接,料位检测组件设置于料仓内部,第一控制器分别与料位检测组件和驱动件通信连接,并被配置为:确定料仓内部的砂浆的料位低于预设的低料位阀值时,向驱动件发出停机控制信号,以控制驱动件停机。本发明的砂浆泵送装置自动化程度较高,整个检测和控制过程,无需人工看守、判断以及操作,有效避免人员资源的浪费,且提高了砂浆泵送装置使用的安全系数。
