The defects that the efficiency is low and the tool clamping pieces are prone to falling due to the fact that traditional tool clamping pieces are manually installed in sequence one by one are overcome, the tool clamping pieces can be rapidly installed and dismantled, the construction method is easy to operate, the construction quality and safety are convenient to control, and practicability is high.
本发明提供一种工具夹片快速安拆装置，包括工具锚板、集成压板、工具夹片和驱动装置，工具锚板上设置有若干个锥形孔，工具夹片的数量与锥形孔数量一致，分布在各个锥形孔内；集成压板设置在工具锚板上方，通过连接装置与工具夹片连接，驱动装置安装在工具锚板上，与集成压板连接，可驱动集成压板沿着靠近或远离工具锚板的方向移动，进而带动工具夹片进入或远离锥形孔，实现工具夹片的安装与拆卸。本发明解决了传统的工具夹片采用人工单个依次安装所带来的效率低下、易掉落的缺点，使工具夹片可以快速进行安装与拆除，且施工方法操作简单，施工质量及安全便于控制，实用性强。
