The invention provides a template construction method for an oversized beam of an underground garage, which comprises the following steps of: determining template parameters and performing safety checking calculation on a beam bottom template bracket and a beam side template according to an engineering structure form and site construction conditions; a splicing site is tamped and flattened, a whole formwork is spliced according to formwork parameters, and keels are required to be additionally arranged at joints; rechecking the axis and elevation of the pop-up beam, then erecting a beam bottom formwork support, installing a beam side formwork, and rechecking the size and position; and pouring concrete twice at an interval of 7-10 days.
本发明提供一种用于地下车库超大尺寸梁的模板施工方法,其包括以下步骤:根据工程结构形式和现场施工条件,确定模板参数并对梁底模支架和梁侧模板进行安全验算;拼装场地夯实平整,根据模板参数拼装成整片模板,接缝处要求附加龙骨;弹出梁的轴线及标高复核,之后搭设梁底模支架,安装梁侧模板,复核尺寸位置;浇筑混凝土,分两次浇筑,间隔7‑10天。
