The invention discloses a door body lock catch mechanism and a semiconductor carrier, the door body lock catch mechanism comprises a door plate, a cover body and a lock catch module, the door plate is provided with a first stop structure, the cover body is matched and assembled corresponding to the door plate to define an accommodating space for the lock catch module to be arranged, and the lock catch module comprises a rotating assembly, a retaining assembly and an elastic assembly, the retaining assembly is arranged on the rotating assembly and provided with a second stop structure corresponding to the first stop structure in position, the elastic assembly is located between the retaining assembly and the rotating assembly, the elastic assembly is elastically compressed according to stress of the retaining assembly, the second stop structure is separated from limiting of the first stop structure, and then the rotating assembly is controlled to rotate and operate. When the maintaining assembly is not stressed, the elastic assembly resets elastically, and the first stop structure limits the second stop structure, so that the rotating assembly is controlled not to rotate, the problem that the door body falls off accidentally is avoided, and a good effect of accommodating the semiconductor assembly is achieved.
