The invention discloses a large-section soft rock tunnel high-strength steel pipe grating anchoring and shotcreting supporting structure and method.The supporting structure comprises system anchor rods, feet-lock anchor pipes and a steel pipe grating arch frame, the system anchor rods are fixed to the outer side wall of the side top of the steel pipe grating arch frame at intervals, and the feet-lock anchor pipes are fixed to the outer side wall of an arch foot of the steel pipe grating arch frame; a concrete spraying layer is fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the steel pipe grating arch frame. The method comprises the steps that a step excavation method is adopted for conducting sectional type excavation on a tunnel, after an upper step and a lower step of each section of the tunnel are excavated to a certain length, an upper arch frame section and a lower arch frame section are assembled, foot-lock anchor pipes and system anchor rods are installed respectively, then concrete is sprayed to the arch frame sections, and a supporting structure is formed; and then the next section of tunnel is excavated and repeated. The supporting structure has the characteristics of flexible supporting and rigid supporting, the anchor rod anchored into the rock mass and sprayed with concrete to seal the surrounding rock, the surrounding rock is in a three-way stress state, a combined structure is formed for coordinated bearing, and the mechanical property of the surrounding rock is improved.
本发明公开一种大断面软岩隧道高强钢管格栅锚喷支护结构及方法,支护结构包括系统锚杆、锁脚锚管和钢管格栅拱架,系统锚杆间隔地固定在钢管格栅拱架侧顶部的外侧壁上,锁脚锚管固定在所述钢管格栅拱架的拱脚处外侧壁上;钢管格栅拱架的内侧壁固设有混凝土喷层。方法是采用台阶开挖法对隧道进行分段式开挖,每段隧道分别开挖上、下台阶至一定长度后,拼装上、下部拱架段,分别安装锁脚锚管和系统锚杆,然后在拱架段喷射混凝土,形成一个支护结构;然后再开挖下一段隧道并重复。本发明的支护结构兼顾柔性支护与刚性支护的特点,锚入岩体内部的锚杆并喷射混凝土封闭围岩,使围岩处于三向受力状态,形成组合结构协调承载,提高围岩力学性能。
