The invention discloses a thick coal seam re-mining roof old gob roadway high water filling method, and relates to the technical field of coal mine thick coal seam filling. A needed filling device comprises a slurry mixing tank, a first slurry conveying pipe, a second slurry conveying pipe, a mixing screw and a driving mechanism, the slurry mixing tank is fixed to a top plate of a roadway, the mixing screw is arranged in the middle of the slurry mixing tank, and the end of the mixing screw is connected with the driving mechanism. The first slurry conveying pipe and the second slurry conveying pipe are both fixed to the slurry mixing tank, and slurry outlets are formed in the first slurry conveying pipe and the second slurry conveying pipe and face the mixing spiral. A plurality of convex parts and concave parts are arranged on the two sides of the slurry mixing tank respectively, the concave parts are arranged between the adjacent convex parts, a first slurry outlet is formed in the vertical section on the outermost side of each convex part, and a second slurry outlet is formed in the vertical section on the innermost side of each concave part. The filling efficiency is high, local filling is adopted, and use of filling materials is saved.
本发明公开了一种厚煤层复采顶板老空巷高水充填方法,涉及煤矿厚煤层充填技术领域。其所需充填装置包括料浆混合槽、料浆输送管一、料浆输送管二、混合螺旋及驱动机构,料浆混合槽固定在巷道的顶板上,混合螺旋设置在料浆混合槽的中间,并且混合螺旋的端部连接驱动机构,料浆输送管一、料浆输送管二均固定在料浆混合槽上,在料浆输送管一和料浆输送管二上设置有料浆出口,料浆出口朝向混合螺旋;在料浆混合槽的两侧分别设置有若干个凸起部和凹陷部,相邻的凸起部之间为凹陷部,在凸起部的最外侧的竖向段上设置有料浆出口一,在凹陷部的最内侧的竖向段上设置有料浆出口二。本发明充填效率高,且采用局部充填,节约了充填材料的使用。
