The disclosure relates to a logistics system, a logistics control method, and a non-transitory computer readable medium storing a logistics control program. In the logistics system, a delivery controller is configured to: obtain parcel information; generating a delivery scheduling table; calculating a provisional delivery time of the parcel estimated based on the delivery schedule; transmitting a delivery confirmation request notification requesting confirmation of the provisional delivery time to a consignee associated with the package; receiving a response to the delivery confirmation request notification; controlling an autonomous mobile robot based on the recently generated delivery schedule; and when a confirmation time confirmed by the consignee in the response to the delivery confirmation request notification is different from the provisional delivery time, updating the delivery schedule in such a manner that delivery of the parcel is completed at the confirmation time.
