Wind turbine foundation lightning protection grounding grid construction method based on aluminum stranded wires
The invention discloses a construction method for a lightning protection grounding grid of a fan foundation based on aluminum stranded wires. The construction method comprises the following steps: respectively excavating a first grounding circular ring mounting loop and a second grounding circular ring mounting loop which are concentric with an anchor bolt cage on the periphery of a reinforcement cage of the fan foundation; respectively manufacturing an inner grounding circular ring and an outer grounding circular ring by using aluminum stranded wires, mounting the inner grounding circular ring in the first grounding circular ring mounting loop, and mounting the outer grounding circular ring in the second grounding circular ring mounting loop; four aluminum stranded wires are led out from four equal division points on the inner grounding circular ring, so that one end of each aluminum stranded wire extends inwards to be fixed with the grading ring, and the other end of each aluminum stranded wire extends towards an external wind field road through the outer grounding circular ring; fixing the crossed position of each aluminum stranded wire and the inner grounding circular ring and the outer grounding circular ring by using a special connecting device; a vertical grounding electrode is arranged on the outer grounding ring, so that a hybrid grounding grid is formed; the aluminum stranded wires are adopted to replace flat steel, and can be suitable for a mountain wind field fan foundation lightning protection grounding grid with complex terrains.
本发明公开了一种基于铝绞线的风机基础防雷接地网施工方法,包括在风机基础钢筋笼的外围分别开挖与锚栓笼同心的第一接地圆环安装环道和第二接地圆环安装环道;使用铝绞线分别制作内接地圆环和外接地圆环,并将内接地圆环安在第一接地圆环安装环道内,外接地圆环安在第二接地圆环安装环道内;从内接地圆环上的四个等分点处引出四根铝绞线,使每根铝绞线的一端向内延伸与均压环固定,另一端经过外接地圆环向外部风场道路进行延伸;将每根铝绞线与内接地圆环和外接地圆环的交叉位置处用特制连接装置进行固定;在外接地圆环上布置垂直接地极,如此形成混合型接地网;采用铝绞线代替扁钢,能够适用于地形复杂的山地风场风机基础防雷接地网。
