The preparation method of the prefabricated bottom plate comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing a prefabricated bottom plate mold; 2, a steel wire mesh plate is placed on the bottom plate mold, and first load-bearing steel bars are arranged above the steel wire mesh plate; truss steel bars are inserted into the open holes, and the tops of the truss steel bars are connected with first load-bearing steel bars in a welded mode; 3, precast concrete mortar is poured on the bottom plate mold till the first load-bearing steel bars are buried in the precast concrete mortar; and 4, after the prefabricated concrete mortar is dried, demolding is conducted, the prefabricated bottom plate is obtained, and protrusions matched with the open grooves are formed in the positions, corresponding to the open grooves, of the prefabricated bottom plate.
