The invention discloses a composite material fireproof door core board and a manufacturing method thereof, and the composite material fireproof door core board comprises the following main raw materials by weight percent: not less than 80% of inorganic filler and 12-15% of plastic. When the fireproof door core plate is manufactured, a composition containing plastic and mineral powder is extruded at the temperature higher than the melting point of the plastic to form granules; and heating the granules to a temperature higher than the melting point of the plastic, pressurizing the granules under the pressure of 15-18MPa, and extruding the thin-wall composite material fireproof door core plate with the through hole cavity. The composite material fireproof door core plate adopts waste plastic, waste mineral powder, straw and other wastes as raw materials, is energy-saving and environment-friendly, is not easy to absorb water and get damp, can meet the A1-level requirement in combustion performance, and can be used for manufacturing a heat insulation fireproof door (class A).
本发明公开了一种复合材料防火门芯板及其制造方法,该复合材料防火门芯板,主要原料中无机填料的含量不低于80wt.%,塑料的含量为12wt.%~15wt.%。制造防火门芯板时,先在高于塑料熔点的温度下,挤出包括塑料和矿粉的组合物以形成粒料;再将粒料加热至高于塑料熔点的温度,在15MPa~18MPa的压力下对粒料进行加压,挤出具有通孔腔的薄壁复合材料防火门芯板。该复合材料防火门芯板采用废旧塑料、废弃矿粉以及秸秆等废弃物作为原材料,节能环保,不易吸水返潮,芯板燃烧性能能达到A1级要求,可用于制造隔热防火门(A类)。
