The invention provides a patterned soft porcelain material and a production method thereof. The production method comprises the following steps: laying a bottom layer material, preparing materials and mixing, feeding, baking for the first time, rolling lines, arranging a net, baking for the second time, cutting, packaging and the like. The invention further provides a using method of the soft porcelain material, when the soft porcelain material is mounted and pasted, the soft porcelain material is sequentially laid on the wall surface through the adhesive, then the film is torn off, and mounting and pasting are completed after the adhesive is dried. The invention further provides a light board comprising the soft porcelain material. The light board comprises a soft porcelain material layer and a light material layer. The production method of the light board comprises the steps of slurry preparation, feeding and net arrangement and baking forming. The plastic film is used as the bottom plate, the overall thickness of the film is far smaller than that of a soft porcelain material, and the soft porcelain material is hardly subjected to extra acting force in the process of tearing off the film, so that the soft porcelain can be prepared into an ultrathin state, raw materials are saved, and transportation and use are facilitated.
