The invention provides a cementing microsphere as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The cementing microsphere provided by the invention comprises a shell layer and a repairing inner core, the shell layer is a compactly wrapped fiber membrane, and the repairing inner core layer comprises a carbonized cementing material and a carbon dioxide source. When the cemented microspheres are used for carbon dioxide curing and carbonization of a product, the system temperature rises, water evaporates, and the inner layer of the product generates stress; when the fiber membrane is damaged, the carbonized cementing material in the cementing microspheres reacts with carbon dioxide to generate calcium carbonate crystal nucleuses and C-S-H gel with a cementing effect, so that cracks are repaired, and the product is prevented from cracking; and redundant carbon dioxide can also react with a carbonized cementing material in the product, so that the carbonization degree of the product is improved.
