High-fire-resistant anti-burst concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to high-fire-resistance anti-burst concrete and a manufacturing method thereof. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: 280 to 310 parts of cement, 85 to 95 parts of mineral powder, 105 to 115 parts of fly ash, 640 to 680 parts of yellow sand, 1030 to 1040 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 20 to 50 parts of polyacrylonitrile fiber, 5 to 20 parts of water reducing agent, 100 to 150 parts of steel fiber and 180 to 200 parts of water. And the water reducing agent is a powdery polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, mixing the raw materials: uniformly mixing and stirring the raw materials according to the proportion; 2, the concrete stirred in the step 2 is poured to the ground laid with the steel bars, and curing treatment is conducted on the concrete after the concrete is initially set; and 3, curing the cured concrete to obtain the high-fire-resistant anti-burst concrete. The method has the effect of improving the fire resistance and anti-burst performance of the concrete.
