Boron-free siliceous dry material
The invention discloses a boron-free siliceous dry material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 60 to 70 weight percent of silica with the particle size of 8 to 0 mm, 5 to 15 weight percent of fused quartz with the particle size of 1 to 0.074 mm, 10 to 20 weight percent of silica fine powder with the particle size of less than 0.074 mm, 0.5 to 2 weight percent of fluoride with the particle size of less than 0.074 mm and 0.5 to 3 weight percent of additive. According to the boron-free siliceous dry material disclosed by the invention, the fluoride powder and the additive are added, so that the dry material can be well sintered under the condition that boric anhydride or boric acid or other boron compounds are not added, the performance of a boron-containing siliceous dry material is achieved, and the boron-free siliceous dry material has the characteristics of low cost and long service life.
本发明所公开的是一种无硼硅质干式料,所采用的原料组成及重量百分比为:粒度为8~0mm的硅石60~70wt%,粒度为1~0.074mm的熔融石英5~15wt%,粒度小于0.074mm的硅石细粉10~20wt%,粒度小于0.074mm的氟化物0.5~2wt%,外加剂0.5~3wt%。本发明的无硼硅质干式料,通过添加氟化物粉和外加剂,在不加硼酐或硼酸或其它硼化合物的情况下,干式料能很好烧结,并达到含硼硅质干式料的性能,具有低成本,长寿命的特点。
