The invention discloses a roadbed grouting material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of grouting materials. The roadbed grouting material is composed of a curing agent and an additive, the additive is modified polyurethane, and the modified polyurethane is formed by mixing isocyanate, polyether polyol and epoxy resin according to the mass ratio of (3-8): (12-17): (10-20). According to the invention, two monomers of isocyanate and polyether polyol are subjected to condensation polymerization to generate polyurethane which can be used as a grouting reinforcement material, the polyether polyol is added into an epoxy resin system to break the original system, and the use amount of the raw materials is strictly controlled, so that the product performance can be effectively improved after the two monomers are combined; finally, polyether polyol and epoxy resin are used as co-modified substances to be mixed with the prepared polyurethane, and polyurethane molecules are properly networked through crosslinking, so that the mechanical property and the stability of the product are improved.
本发明公开了一种路基注浆材料及其制备方法,属于注浆材料技术领域。所述路基注浆材料由固化剂和外加剂组成,其中外加剂为改性聚氨酯,所述改性聚氨酯是由异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇和环氧树脂按照质量比(3‑8)∶(12‑17)∶(10‑20)混合而成。本发明以异氰酸酯和聚醚多元醇两个单体通过缩聚反应生成能够作为注浆加固材料的聚氨酯,将聚醚多元醇加入环氧树脂体系后打破原有体系,通过严格控制原料用量,使其二者结合后可以有效提高制品性能,最后以聚醚多元醇和环氧树脂作为共改性物质与制备好的聚氨酯混合,通过交联使聚氨酯分子适当网络化,提高产品的力学性能和稳定性。
