A plurality of embedded steel bar connecting pieces which are arranged in an array mode are embedded in a bottom plate of a concrete beam, a plurality of transverse perforated steel plates which are arranged on the bottom plate of the concrete beam in parallel in the direction parallel to the cross section of the concrete beam are welded to the embedded steel bar connecting pieces, and the bottom plate of the concrete beam is divided into a plurality of pouring areas through the transverse perforated steel plates; a plurality of longitudinal steel bars sequentially penetrate through a plurality of round holes, located in the same longitudinal direction, in a plurality of transverse perforated steel plates, the plurality of longitudinal steel bars and the plurality of transverse perforated steel plates jointly form a steel framework, self-compacting concrete is sequentially poured on the outer side of a concrete beam bottom plate along a plurality of pouring areas, and the steel framework and the concrete beam form a whole.
