The invention discloses a dismantling and rebuilding method for aqueduct bodies of medium and large aqueducts, which comprises the following steps of: firstly dismantling one span of old aqueduct body by adopting a rope saw to provide an access space for a rubber-tyred gantry crane, and then hoisting the multi-span dismantled old aqueduct bodies to a dismantling factory one by one, so that the rapid dismantling of the old aqueduct bodies is realized, and the dismantling efficiency is improved; besides, in the dismantling process, an aqueduct prefabrication factory is arranged nearby a construction site, the construction period is further ensured by prefabricating an aqueduct body, hoisting of a new aqueduct prefabricated part is achieved through two portal cranes which independently walk and steer, and the problems that in the prior art, large-span aqueduct dismantling and rebuilding operation space is limited, and rapid construction is difficult are solved. Mechanical operation of aqueduct dismantling and rebuilding engineering is achieved, construction quality and safety can be guaranteed, the influence on the surrounding environment can be reduced, the dismantling workload is reduced, engineering investment is saved, and construction efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种中大型渡槽槽身的拆除重建方法,该方法是先采用绳锯拆除其中一跨旧槽身,为轮胎式门式起重机提供进出空间,然后将多跨拆卸下来的旧槽身逐一吊运至拆解厂,实现了旧槽身的快速拆除,提高了拆除效率;另外,在拆除过程中,在施工地点就近设置渡槽预制厂,通过预制槽身进一步确保施工工期,通过独立行走和转向的两台门式起重机实现了新渡槽预制件的吊装,解决了以往大跨度渡槽拆除重建作业空间受限、且难以快速施工的难题,实现了渡槽拆除重建工程的机械化作业,不仅能保证施工质量和安全,还能减少对周边环境的影响,减少拆迁工作量,节约工程投资,大幅提高了施工效率。
