A hanging basket mounting structure for a roof ultrahigh decorative structure comprises a front support and a double-balance steel wire rope rear support (3). The front support comprises an L-shaped base (1) and a stand column (2). The L-shaped base (1) is made of a steel plate and is L-shaped, and the lengths of two sides of the L-shaped base are equal; the L-shaped base (1) comprises a horizontal plane (11) and a vertical plane (12) which are both provided with long holes (14); two wing plates (13) are welded and fixed on the vertical surface (12); open holes (15) are formed in each wing plate (13) at certain intervals. The stand columns (2) are square pipes, and opposite-penetrating holes (21) are formed in the square pipes at certain intervals. The stand column (2) is connected with a wing plate (13) of the L-shaped base through a high-strength bolt (7), and the height of the stand column (2) can be adjusted vertically.
